In a recent interview amid ADE, Garrix revealed that he and fellow collaborator, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dancingastronaut.com\/tag\/maejor\" >Maejor<\/a>, have officially set a date for their debut <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dancingastronaut.com\/tag\/area21\" >AREA 21<\/a> album, which is currently scheduled to land in March 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two made their hip-hop and electronic convergence in 2016, and have debuted just six tracks since their inception. &#8220;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=yaqTZiqYvf4\" >Help<\/a>,&#8221; which arrived at the top of 2019, is the collaborative project&#8217;s most recent release, but AREA21&#8217;s following has been waiting years for a more extensive output, and this album comes as a very pleasant surprise to long-time fans of the duo. Garrix was quoted saying,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>&#8220;I can give one hint, we&#8217;re doing it in March, and&#8230;cartoon. That&#8217;s all I can say.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Garrix also revealed that this body of work will revolve more around non-electronic instrumentation, such as drums and guitar, calling for a riveting change of pace that is sure to leave fans on the edge of their seats.
