Headlining The Spaceport stage alongside <a\nhref=\"http:\/\/dancingastronaut.com\/tag\/carl-cox\/\">Carl Cox<\/a> and <a\nhref=\"http:\/\/dancingastronaut.com\/tag\/diplo\/\">Diplo<\/a>\u00a0was veteran DJ\u00a0<a\nhref=\"http:\/\/dancingastronaut.com\/tag\/fatboy-slim\/\">Fatboy Slim<\/a>, who Pete Tong describes as &#8220;the king of the festival circuit.&#8221;<\/p><p>His set, which Pete Tong released recently as a new BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, brought his usual high level of energy and extreme danceability. The 2-hour set was full of classics and new releases alike in true Fatboy Slim fashion, blending the two cleverly by mashing them up on-the-fly.<\/p><p>In the pre-show interview with Pete Tong, Fatboy Slim stated he wanted to play a set that was &#8220;a bit darker and dirtier&#8221; than normal.
