But instead of fangirling at their shows and dedicating a Tumblr page to Matt Healy\u2019s irresistible pout, the 24-year-old Irish producer actually did something artistic about it. His remix of the band\u2019s \u201cSomebody Else,\u201d which was released at the beginning of this month and quickly became the most popular track on Hype Machine, is a gorgeous ambient soundscape that makes a dance-worthy song even better to groove to.<\/p><p>\u201cThe 1975 are one of my favourite bands and I&#8217;m obsessed with the original track,\u201d says the 24-year-old Irish producer. \u201cI thought it would be cool to make a more danceable version, but still maintaining all the melodies and atmosphere of the original.\u201d Healy\u2019s vocals are chopped up and slightly distorted, making his words more of an instrument than a lyric in a way that we just can\u2019t get enough of.
