Professionally pushing buttons and making sounds with computers for four years, Bixel Boys<\/a> continue to define themselves outside rigid\u00a0genre\u00a0standards. With\u00a0their latest single, “Traffic,” the Los Angeles based duo delivers their first original track in six months. Over the course of this bombastic track, Bixel Boys vacillate between hard house loops, Jersey club-inspired drops, and erratic breaks.<\/p>

#FREELIFE is a philanthropic movement orchestrated by duo members\u00a0Rob May and Ian Macpherson that has worked\u00a0to battle cancer and support\u00a0Camp Kesem. In this release Bixel Boys express themselves through bold bass lines and audacious\u00a0drums.<\/p>

“Traffic” is backed by\u00a0North American label Main Course, managed by Neoteric<\/a>, Astronomar<\/a>, and Bot<\/a>. This is not Bixel Boys’ first release with Main course, and have been featured on multiple compilation albums from the label\u00a0in the past, as well as OWSLA, Dim Mak, and Armada.\u00a0“Traffic” will appear on Main Course’s\u00a0“Snacks 17” compilation, due for release tomorrow, January 27.<\/p>
