The British group have influenced innumerable important figures in today&#8217;s dance music scene, and inspired remixes from the likes of <a\nhref=\"http:\/\/dancingastronaut.com\/2013\/05\/depeche-mode-goodbye-gesaffelstein-remix\/\">Gesaffelstein<\/a>, <a\nhref=\"http:\/\/dancingastronaut.com\/2011\/05\/eric-prydz-personal-jesus-2011\/\">Eric Prydz<\/a>, and <a\nhref=\"http:\/\/dancingastronaut.com\/2014\/06\/depeche-mode-little-universe-boys-noize-remix-2\/\">Boys Noize<\/a> &#8211; among many others.<\/p><p>In October, Depeche Mode <a\nhref=\"http:\/\/dancingastronaut.com\/2016\/10\/depeche-mode-announce-new-album-spirit\/\">announced<\/a> that\u00a0they would release\u00a0<em>Spirit\u00a0<\/em>in spring 2017, marking\u00a0the band&#8217;s first new album since 2013 and their fourteenth cumulatively.
