We already knew Hermitude were bound for Southbound, now we can sink our teeth into the very meaty first full line-up announcement for the festival’s 2016 return.
Bringing together a mix of international and local favourites, with a tidy balance between rock and electronic, the 2016 Southbound line-up boasts the likes of Sticky Fingers, The Cat Empire, Catfish & The Bottlemen, plus bringers of bangers Hudson Mohawke, Peking Duk and Nina Las Vegas.
Southbound will take place 27-29th December in Busselton. For those of you that purchased tickets to the previous Southbound, which was cancelled due to bushfire concerns, you’ll be able to get in early to purchase tickets for the upcoming instalment before all tickets go on sale at 9am, July 22.
With the announcement that Falls will be heading to WA for the first time, the tradition of Southbound sharing acts from the East Coast Falls Festivals has come to an end – but as you can see below, it hasn’t hampered Southbound’s ability to pull big name talent over to WA.
