Returning to Randall’s Island, New York City after controversy had its fate in jeopardy, Electric Zoo looks to improve on all ends, from security to the music. Last year’s introduction of a second main stage was a stride forward for the festival, and this year’s installment offers yet another arena within. Adding a sixth stage for its sixth year running, Zoo expands its underground realm known as Sunday School with another dimension of its brand. Annually holding down festivities with tech and deep house, Sunday School branches off with another stage paying homage to the old school, Vinyl Only. What will become an exhibit of pure mixing with nostalgic sounds through modern quality, Electric Zoo announces a soon-to-be attendee favorite with its lineup.
