To anyone experiencing the final exam blues and in need of a few tunes to lighten the cramming mood, I have the thing for you. A relatively old remix from Zeds Dead is this intense dubstep rendition of The Rolling Stones hit, “Gimme Shelter”. Heavily influenced by accenting Mick Jagger’s voice as a darker element, the remix is energetic, powerful and ultimately a fun take on the popular song. Zeds Dead produces a sound to both enjoy and appreciate the influence of the 60’s and how its easily matched with the modern stylings of EDM.
