Man of the moment LAXX is back with the third instalment of his EP series for SKisM‘s Never Say Die. “Step Three” is four cuts of devastating bass music, three original cuts from the young producer and a remix courtesy of Ram Records’ Hamilton.

From the edit heavy sci-fi funk of “The Invisible Invaders” to the piercing siren wail and scattershot rhythm of “Semi Auto”, “Step Three” shows why Never Say Die have thrown their weight behind LAXX. The stabby riffs of the title track get a tidy rework from Hamilton too, bringing it up to 170 bpm territory.
